Client site: deep water point & associates
Government contractors are forced to sift through hundreds of documents manually, wasting time on irrelevant bids instead of focusing on strategic wins. This outdated process leads to missed opportunities and inefficient decision-making, putting firms at a disadvantage in a highly competitive space. Deep Water Point & Associates wanted to build the soltuion for it.
There was an opportunity to innovate in the space, simplify the process with automation and personalization, ensuring contractors see only the most relevant opportunities while reducing manual effort and decision fatigue.

We defined four key user roles early on: two client-facing ('Task Order Portal' and 'Matrix Manager') and two back-end ('Task Order Annotator' and 'Admin Manager'), each with unique functions.
We built four portals, one for each role, with two crossovers: Matrix Manager & Task Order Portal, and Admin Manager & Task Order Annotator. Each role had unique functions, requiring distinct system structures.
Wireframing and feedback were challenging but successful. We adjusted the Task Order Portal dashboard based on testing, adding social features like commenting and tagging to improve workflow.
